Locally caught barramundi fillet poached in a ginger, turmeric and coconut based sauce infused with exquisite blend of delicious kerala spice. Lamb korma

Eggplant thokku

locally grown eggplant sautéed in a tomato and onion based masala sauce

coolalinga pumpkin cubes tossed with onion, mustard seeds, dried coconut and curry leaves

rapid creek market snake beans tossed with dry red chillies, red lentils, onion, mustard and dried coconut thread.
